Hello and happy Wednesday!

As a collective, us runners and cyclists are pretty keen to forgo our strength sessions, (despite its numerous benefits!). Access to a gym or weights is one of the biggest barriers we face when it comes to strength training.

So that’s why I want to offer you a free, accessible strength program designed for runners and cyclists… No special equipment needed!

This is a great starting point for your strength training to start to see the wonders it can do for you. Mark knocked 17 seconds off his 5km 2024 PB time this year in just 7 weeks since adding in strength training!
